    Interesting find!
    Here is a 1960 Skelly Highway Road Map with awesome graphics!  No tears.  It measures approximately 3 3/4" wide by a about 9" tall.  This would look awesome framed!  The front and back covers are classic!  In the upper left hand corner of the map inside, it states, "Copyright 1960."
    There is a small mark by the "K" in Kansas on the back cover (see the last picture.)  It "might" come off with an eraser, but I didn't try.
