Tobin Fraley LIMITED EDITION 4 Horse American Carousel. Condition is "Used".  Plays the song
"Somewhere In Time" when you turn the top.  Limited Edition  2863/4500.  Approximately 16" tall and 11" wide.  The horses are in very good condition.  The plastic washers that are used to secure the horses are brittle, but can easily be replaced and won't cause issues with it's ability to function.  There is a very small crack on the base wood (see photos).  Please look at the photos for condition before buying.  This item comes from a smoke free home.
