    Description

    Antique Vintage Square Green Bakelite ? 1-1/4" Button
    I did the simichrome test on this and it turned tan - I assume this is bakelite, but cannot guarantee. Held up to a strong light it is somewhat translucent.
    The button has 2 end areas that apparently held tiny rhinestones at one time, but are now gone and metal is discolored. Also the back shank is discolored.
    The pretty green plastic, looks ok. It is glossy.
