Art Deco Black & Red Bakelite Cocktail Pick Holder Set

You are looking at a vintage Art Deco era bakelite cocktail pick set. The contrast of red and black really captures the eye. The holder is made of heavy jet black and marbled cherry red color bakelite. The holder comes with a substantially thick base. There are 11 picks with cherry shape knobs, 6 are red and 5 are black. I suspect there might have been 12 originally. These knobs are not bakelite but some other type of plastic. The holder is 3" square and 7/16" thick at the base. It stands 2 1/4" tall without the picks. These are 3 1/4" long.
Overall condition is excellent. No chips or cracks. Picks are in great condition. Clean set, ready to use or display. Guaranteed bakelite and tested.
