We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress to ensure you choose the proper size. If you find your measurements fall between sizes, order the larger size because it is easier to take a dress in than to make it larger. If you are having difficulty deciding, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Alterations:
As is typical with most custom gowns, once a dress is received it is expected that some alterations will be needed for the perfect fit. Alterations will be addressed on a case by case basis and may be incurr an additional fee.

Payment
ConfiDance Couture happily accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Online Payment through Quickbooks is preferred. Payment must be submitted in full to begin order process.
Since gowns are speciality items, once an order has been placed, full payment is required to be shipped out for a fitting.
Sales tax for AZ residents 8.05%
In all other areas within the United States or destination countries, the customer is responsible for taxes, duties and fees.
Shipping
Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Fedex Ground.
International shipping is via USPS First Class Mail.
We are happy to provide tracking details of all shipments, however because we have no control over lost packages or delays once shipped, ConfiDance Couture highly recommends customers purchase shipping insurance.
As we are unable to replace or reimburse lost packages, please make sure the correct address is provided for each shipment.
International Shipping:
The shipping process can take 2-4 weeks and may be delayed due to customs procedures. Please plan accordingly when ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
All couture dancewear gowns and accessories are custom made. If the gown does not fit your needs, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange. Please keep in mind that we offer alterations and adjustments if needed to make sure your gown is perfect for you. Once your package has arrived, please set up a video consultation immediately to address your needs.
