We offer great shipping rates to those states and territories as well as to all Caribbean Islands, (etc.)  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING fee listed, is just an estimate. The final shipping fee will be given after the transaction is completed. Regular shipments will take between 3-5 days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 days from our warehouse. Shipment via freight to residential address there is a fee and if you require a lift gate there's a fee, Freight shipments being delivered to schools, hospitals, construction site, gated community, airports or restricted areas additional fee in addition to your shipping fee. All local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping fee. RETURN INFORMATION
After receiving the item, buyer must contact us within 3-4 days of delivery with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as, all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue. Please give us a chance to solve any issues that you may have for any reason before leaving feedback.
