(Extended 1- year Warranty is Available upon request at additional cost).  We guarantee that the item will work only as described in the description. There may be an underlying problem(s) that we are truly unaware of and these are not covered. If you discover that the item received is not as represented in the description above, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Defective items will be replaced or repaired. A refund will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced or repaired.  This privilege does not cover items purchased in error, damaged by customer misuse.
NIST Traceable Calibration is also available upon request. NIST Traceable Calibration will be preformed by a third party or the OEM.
