Old Forester "nothing better" Bourbon Swizzle Stick Stirrer Flower on end.  White plastic.  USA.  Very nice for a collection.  Measures about 6 inches.  Back states made in USA.  I purchased a large lot of swizzle sticks, about 800, from "Fathers-in-laws collection, some 60 years old" and am sorting through them and will be listing shortly.
I get most of my items at estate auctions, Storage Units, antique stores, Vintage shops, etc. and sell them in an "as found" condition. This is done in the belief that most buyers prefer to receive them as original as possible.
