Snoopy Think Snow by Devo Inc. vintage 1980's 1990's Men's Medium Sweater

I don't know if this is 1980's or 1990's vintage, made by DEVO Inc. ( not the band) in Taiwan. 85% Acrylic/15% Wool. Originally a Men's Large, is now a Current Men's Medium, on the closer fit side ( see measurements below). The Mannequin is a Men's Medium. Stretchy Material. Snoopy and Letters are Raised (photos # 5,6,7). 1 small hole lower right side (photo #8). It has a lot of pilling (see photos #9,10,11,12)- can be easily removed with trimmer.
Measurements:
Men's Closer fitting  Medium : 21.5" across chest from armpit seam to seam (42" around), 26" long.  35" sleeves from backbone to end of cuff or 23" arm seam to end of cuff. 18" shoulder to shoulder.
