This auction is for a great vintage, if not antique button ~ found at a collectibles sale!
This and other items we now have listed have been purchased at the recent rural Kansas estate auction. This listing:
2 matching buttons
great shape that almost looks like a buckle and accented with carved detailing
2 hole style
it measures 1 1/4 inches across
smell like Bakelite when rubbed
not sure if these are known as butterscotch or ivory ~ color shade is accurate on my monitor
I have not cleaned in any way
great to use as was intended or for sewing and craft projects
surely dates from the early 1900s
appears to have been stored for years
