Vintage Mohair Jointed Teddy Bear Dorothy Wizard of Oz 16” Artisan Made

I cannot find a mark or tag indicating the maker of the bear, but it was part of an estate collection of artist made bears.
The bear features a humped back and an adorable pot belly. She is dressed in doll clothes and real toddler shoes. She is in nice condition to with the exception of some yellow spots on the back of her dress and some dust on her shoes, and yellowing of her socks from being displayed for years.
